The people within close circle of Imam recall that Imam's qualities and spirit had surprised us all.
They recounted that when martial law and emergency was declared during those days when the revolution was on the verge of victory and several of companions were with the Imam.
Just days before the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the companions say they were all shocked what could happen or comes next
But Imam had remained calm as if nothing had happened.
Imam also instructed that main gate of the building where Imam was staying should remain open.
